cancel upgrade

i need my contract cancelled. ive been into the store they gave me a number to call but I cant even get through. im fed up with the service from cell c!! this is the 2nd time im having problems cancelling my contract, and I ended up having to pay for an exta 3 months which is unacceptable!<br> <br> After the first time, I really expected a lot better service from cell c!!<br> <br> I need someone to contact me TODAY still.
