Cancel the contract like you said you would
My dad had a contract with Cell C and when the phone died he stopped using the sim card, last year got a call that he owes cell C and he should the amount and they will cancel the contract that never happened and now they keep calling him about making payments. Cell C needs to cancel that contract like they told him that they would when he makes the outstanding payment.

11 Jan 2024, 19:06Well they contact us and now they want him to make another payment. This is ridiculous cause they said the same thing last year after he oaid the contract was not canceled. Last year he paid R637.09 and now thy Wang him to pay R1436. He can't afford that amount this was due to your teams ignorance and lies . FIX IT !!!!
