Cancel of contract takes forever

Hi<br> My father-in-law wanted to move his 3 contracts to pay as you go. He walked into the branch in September 2015 and again October 2015 to cancel his contract and move to PayAsYouGo. Every month he sees a debit onto his account for his cell C contract. It's January 2016 now, 4 months after the original instruction and still this cannot be resolved. My wife also tried. She went to the branch, called the call centre, sent them emails, but there is just no co-operation from cellC. <br> We are at a loss. Cell C administration is very very poor<br> Unbelievable
