Cancel of Business Month to Month Contract.

Tried cancelling the business Cell C Month to Month Contract with Cell C.

I never had such a bad experience with a Network provider in my life like with Cell C, we have been trying to cancel the month to month contract business number *** to just get it to a prepaid number so that we can port the number to a more reliable network provider. the Cell C stores are really unequipped to even help walk in customers.

Really trying to follow Cell C processes to cancel the contract with no luck, I as the customer have done what Cell C business has asked me to do, but Cell C has not done their part.
