CANCEL MY CONTRACT

On the 24th June, i made a report of the poor service level i received and how i want to cancel my contract. NO such cancellation has been done. i am already on a Month-to-month basis and i am highly ****ed off that according to 084143 it'll take 31 days to cancel so i will be billed for August 2015. I Don't want your service!!!! i stated that in the 24th June report!!! Take 31 Days from that DATE!!! i refuse to use your service another month! i would like this contract terminated effective immediately.
