Cancel my contract

On the last day of June my daughter and I went to keywest mall and we decided to check contract phones at cell c, we met a nice gentleman who assisted us and I decided to check if I qualified for a contract and when the gentleman checked he said that I do qualify andmy daughter and decided to take 3 phones on contract with a total amount of about +-580 for all 3 phones, and I requested my debit date to be the 6th of every month but not, the other 2 phone were fine but there other 1 the simple was not activated unaware as I had put away to give it to my grand daughter as a gift, and when she tried to use it the simple was not registered, and that was on the 8th July, and I phoned the gentleman at the branch and he activated it for her. To my surprise on the 9th I get a call from cell c wanting me to pay saying my account was due I was suppose to pay there were no funds in my account, I queried it with one of the consultants and told them to come and get the phones as it wasn't explained to me that I will have to pay that soon, I explained to the lady that if it was said I should pay the prorated amount I would understand but not the amount she told me, and now they have they decide that they are suspending the line without discussing it with me, yes I'm prepared to pay but I was not expecting this month, so if cell c does want to understand that they can get their phones back, and cancel the contract, I have a landline at home, I pay for what I have used to what I'm going to use, maybe cause the consultant didn't explain properly but I don't have that kind of cash
