Cancel my contract!

I was told to call in on the 3rd of July 2022 to cancel my contract,knowing it is on a Sunday I called anyway. The lady I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, she had attitude and told me to call tomorrow. I said I would have called tomorrow but previous agents told me to call today and asked her what would happen if I called tomorrow it would not be a months notice then. She sarcastically asked me then what would it be. Please just cancel my contract I have with you. Your services has downgraded too much!!
