CANCEL MY CONCTRACT CELL C AND STOP MAKING PROMISE TO CALL BACK

I have contacted Cell C to cancel my both contracts . When i spoke to the consultant ,i was then advised that the cancellation date will be from then . Cell C will than deduct Feb 2018 the last amount.

Cell C then attempts to deduct on the 17/02/2018 which is not my pay date . Which then in turn gives me bank charges. Cell C then deducts their full amount fro 24/02/2018 and then 28/02/2018. I then contact Cell C for a cancellation email I then spoke to Faith who was not able to assist. I then spoke to Kyriyaan who in turn promised to listen to my voice call and call back before the end of business on Friday 02/03/2018. Which he did not and today is the Tuesday 03/03/2018. I then called Cell C and spoke to Boyce who also promised to call back and have not received a call back . I do not need you guys to call me back just cancel my contracts and let me be . I have no interested in continuing business with Cell C. Thank You
