cancel everything

I'm really tired now, really tired with this stupid company (cell c) since I've been waiting for feedback, and while waiting they still debbiting the wrong amount, I work for this money and I have a budget that I work on monthly, it won't be nice when I start reversing this amount and I was very clear that I really want to cancel this contract I'm disappointed and I don't want it anymore, how can you debit me high amount for the old contract but I'm getting benefits less for the new contract, I'm really tired take your tablet or reverse my money
