cancel data contract

This is the worst thing to phone the Cell C call centre first I phone the call centre 084145 the lady ask me security questions which I do understand but I'm sure she could have be more friendly and just to tell me I have to phone 084143 for cancelations I'm be holding on that line to talk to them for more than a hour this is madness

I WANT TO CANCEL MY DATA CONTRACT....... why cant we do it in the store as there is no one to pick up in the cancelations department I do not know the number as it is a Wi-Fi contract this is a totally nightmare ......

Good Morning My phone did not ring and I only receive one message where you try to contact me….. so surely you can not say could not get hold of me with out success.. only after one try ....I did respond to Moses email
