cancel contract with immediate effect

I laid a compliant,i was contacted back on Monday 2015/08/03 and my query was nt resolved was promised that they will contact me back after investigation, until today I'm still waiting didn't know it takes this long, just cancel my contract with immediate effect, km the customer but I have to run after cell c with their useless service. i'm done
