Cancel contract due to terrible service

Cell C debited my account without informing me when i called them they said its my new contract but i was informed it will only be deducted in June,This morning i requested a copy of my contract as the amounts dont add up but then they sending me from pillar to post im really disappointing with this ridiculous service and would like to cancel my contract.
