Cancel contract
Please assist me with Cell C contract I took years ago , its more than 5 years now . I have been trying to cancel the contract but they don't hold the phone and I visited the nearest cell c shop to cancel but they said they don't cancel in the shop so they gave me the same number to call and cancel but no one answer the call. Please assist me to cancel this contract I don't need it any more. I tried many times to reverse and stop the debit from the bank but its not working.
Contract ref no is *** I, They've been deducting R49 per month but this month have deducted R119 I don't know the reason.

I wrote a review on June 30 about cell c contract that I was trying to cancel, cell c responded and said they will cancel the contract. Indeed the sim card was cancel because it is not working but cell has debited again on the 26th of July the premium of R49 which I don't know is for what now. Please cell c reverse my money and cancel the debit with the bank, please please please.
