Can upgrade but cannot
<p>I requested for an upgrade to a Connector1 plan today. This was after Cell C send me messages to say I can upgrade. When they wanted to process the upgrade, they said that I must first migrate to an open line. Which I am 100% happy with. But now they said if theydo that today, I will only go onto the new Plan in October, and loose all my prepaid money on my Simcard. I understand that I must still pay my previous device for the remainder of my contract but why the contract? You call it an early upgrade but infact it is just a normalupgrade. Please can someone phone me and help me resolve this.</p>
