Can't run my business

<p>I contacted Cell C technical department on the morning of the 7th of March to lodge a problem regarding the signal of our WiFi router and Data card. </p> <p>I was told that they will send out a tech to install a booster in our area, but they will call me. </p> <p>No one called me the whole day, so I decided to call again only to talk to a different person that wouldn't listen to what I was telling him and what the previous man that I spoke to told me and gave me a reference number. This 2nd man told me that they were going to call me back and if they don't call me back then my problem will be sorted by the next day. </p> <p>During the morning of the 8th of March a different man called me regarding the matter but all he asked for was my address and told me that a man would be coming to my house to check what's wrong. Later that afternoon yet again a different man called me to ask me to explain the problem again to him and got the numbers incorrect and told me that they would call me back. </p> <p>It is now the 9th of March 16:38 and no one has contacted me regarding the matter.</p> <p>I told all the men that contacted me that this is an urgent matter as we run a business from home and can't survive without internet. </p> <p>Can someone please assist me </p>
