Can't receive private calls still

You phoned me and managed to speak to me, all I got is an empty promise that IT department will get back to me. 2 weeks later, still nobody said anything, my account still gets debited monthly to pay you and your services, yet when I have a problem, its my own problem? Moses promised that IT will get back to me, until today I still can't receive important calls from a private number. Only if I knew that I will Cell-C for myself like this, I wouldn't have taken this contract! Please get this issue resolved ASAP!!
