Can't provide a invoice for a online purchase - how sad
<p>I am speachless, reloaded online my prepaid sim which I use in one of my Office LTE Routers with 200GB Data. After 3 days contacting Cell C and asking for an invoice I was told they don't issue invoices on online purchases. Telling the consultant I need it for my tax purposes it was was sugested to me to show my bank statement to SARS instead. In the moment I'm wondering if that is legal and if should give it to my lawyer, but it is only R1600.00 and I'am getting tired fighting incompetence of bussinesses + it does cost me every time some money. Whatever the outcome is, I wont use Cell C anymore and I cant't recommend it to anybody. How difficult must it be for them to solve more significant issues if they not even can issue an invoice.</p>

Nothing has changed, Cell C is not capable to issue an invoice on a online purchase of their Data Bundles. Dear Cell C this is the most basic step doing business novadays, it does not matter if the purchase is over the counter or online. Maybe you should get some professional help to integrate a invoice module into your CMS System.
