Can't get my upgrade

I ordered a new Sony M4 Aqua phone and still have not received any feedback from Cellc.<br> <br> I tried ordering it over the cell c call center twice already and called two stores so far but nobody is ever coming back to me about how far my \new"order is. They keep saying they do not have stock and will call me back later during the day but I don't get feedback.<br> <br> If I don't get my new phone by Friday 10July"
