Can't get my ITC for Blacklisted Cellphone

I am MAD as hell as I think Cell C is failing me as their customer. On Saturday I reported my lost phone and I was told that the Back Office is closed, they will only be able to assist me on Tuesday. I then went to do my simswap at Westgate Mall Cell C and I gave them my ID which they could have rectified that my number is not registered in my name, which I didn't know as when I went to Cell C Jabulani, I had given the agent my ID and proof of residence and all of a sudden it was not done right. I still called the Customer Service on Tuesday and then I was told that I need to complete a blacklisting form and the agent forgot to tell me that I need to go to the police station to make an affidavit to confirm that this is my real number, I only heard of that when I got to Campus Square Cell C. It looks as if no one knows what they are doing and sad thing Campus Square Cell C, they have been offline since Tuesday, I guess they still are offline since I have not heard from them. I now understand why there was that Billboard with bad publicity for Cell C. No one knows what is the procedure and I am not prepared to go to the Police Station as I would have done that during Saturday. HELP!
