Can't get it right since March ---> or ever?

<p>Called in to cancel 2 data contracts in March... Both on post paid... They gave me a cancellation fee to deposit.. seriously stupid as I'm a debit order client, but anyway.. paid it.. Called in to have it allocated and ensure that the cancellations are completed. And just to make sure, I called again after the billing run in April.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I expect a bill the end of the month for the usage etc. Nope, the billing continues.. and another month later... on my invoice, a cancellation fee.. Seriously.. a cancellation fee for a contract that was on a month to month. ---> Contract 1 possibly cancelled now with a deduction that should not have been - Billing error to be corrected!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Another hour on the phone with another *********** agent(s) and still no resolution. ---> Informs me that Contract 2 is still running ---- Receives Jun invoice while on the call and sure enough... Still being billed in June also... bunch of id10ts... Contract2 posibly escalated now.... Billing to refund yet again!</p>
