can't get hold of consultants

I lost my phone and want to claim on my cell c C Surance policy. The call centre of this company is useless. I have been phoning the whole day and no-one answers. Only the division for new clients answers immediately, then puts me back in the claims division line that puts me on hold. Horrible service.
