Can't even take out a new contract?

<p>I app**** yesterday for a Data package and router, at the last screen with some random questions, the system bombs out. Then I get an email saying that my order is confirmed and I get an SMS from RAM Couriers saying that the parcel is going to be delivered today. This morning I get a call from one of their consultants, saying she will help me finalize the order, so I tell her that I already got an SMS from the couriers, and she says OK it's fine. Now I track the parcel on RAM's website and suddenly it says "Incoming Call - Non-delivery - AS PER MAIL FROM WE MUST RTS THE PARCEL SCAN TO QUERY DUD1020". I tried calling 084 140, they have no idea what I'm talking about. I tried logging into the website to get the order details, and it says my online profile is locked. So basically I haven't finalized an order and already wasted more than an hour trying to sort issues out, before even opening a contract. </p>
