Can't do as they please

Hi<br> <br> It's 2 weeks I am waiting for my refund I called in last night than suddenly cell c decides not to do the refund as they couldn't get hold of me which is a poor excuse they could go on my profile and use my vodacom number to call me on but they decide to call on the cell c number's I leave at home. So I decided that I want my refund today or else I will cancel and sue cell c for the poor service.
