Can't cancel contract

<p>I have been trying since February to cancel my CellC contract.</p> <p>My contract expired last year and they are still debiting my account even though I have cancelled it numerous times.</p> <p>Today, when I phone the sales department works fine but you can not get hold of the cancellations department.</p> <p>Nobody will help me the help desk says they will transfer me but then just hangs up on me,</p>
