Can't cancel

<p>So every month i Pay my set amount on my cell c bill, and every month I fall futher behind apparently, after numerous attemps to rectify this I was informed that Its the GET IT that is been billed, this was cancelled already in September 2015, and I received that confirmation. I have phoned and sent emails, cell c says that they cannot cancel only Get It department can, but they confirm that it was cancelled on there side. </p>
