Can't call & recieve calls or hardly ever sms!

Every call i make is cancelled because of bad reception. I have to call every number at least three times, sometimes up to 12 times before it actually calls. Once i do get through i am cut off at least once or twice. My mailbox are full every second day with people saying they can't get hold of me. I've missed meetings, lost clients and had to start give out my husband's number as a backup to my clients, service proiders and friends!<br> <br> I have really tried to resolve this with Cell C, without having to make the bad service public, but every time i call the call centre my phone is cut-off....this has happened numerous times, and they don't call me back! <br> <br> I have also complained on their facebook page, to which i always get a reply to give them my number...and again nobody calls. Or maybe they tried, but couldn't reach me...?<br> <br> This has been going on for months...!
