CAN SOMEONE AT CELL C DO THE RIGHT THING AND DELIVER MY ROUTER

I am wondering as to how long should i wait for Cell C to resolve the matter and deliver my router, since i was told someone will get back to me, i do not understand what seems to be a problem for Cell C to just deliver my router. CAN SOMEONE AT CELL C DO THE RIGHT THING .
