Can not register on website norandroid app

<p>i have called CellC a couple of times regarding this and nothing is resolved, when i want to register my number to the android app or the website it states "Entered number is not an active Cell C number." how can this be i am prepaid on it, i have airtime and data on this number but according to you , well. Also one day i went to a shop and asked and on my number the details are at name = Prepaid, Surname = Prepaid, my id number does not even show it say something of prepre ........ WHAT IS WRONG!!!!! ALWAYS PROBLEMS.</p>
