Can not recieve calls for a week now

I have not been able to recieve calls for a week now. Wen u call my number it says my number does not exist. I have called the technical department more then 10 times. They all just say we will escalate the problem. I already wrote a review here yesterday and Thabisile emailed to say he could not get hold of me( obvious because that is the problem I am experiencing) . I emailed him back and still i have not heard anything from him. This is a terrible network. I am on contract and people can not het hold of me. Stop saying u escalating the case and just sort it out.
