Can not get rid of CellC

<p>I cancelled my contract in March 2016 (which ran out in April) and after a massive struggle managed to port out of cellC. I phoned numerous times to settle all outstanding and possible future fees (in March). I repeatedly asked for all fees since I wanted out and have nothing more to do with cellC. I even went into a shop to confirm. After paying the entire amount in March I ported and closed my business with CellC – Note that my sim was deactivated in March, I lost the remaining credits (minutes sms and data). In April I was furious to yet again receive a bill. I phoned and after 15minutes still extremely disappointed got nowhere and wrote the money off as a consolation of being rid of CellC. Therefore you can imagine my utter disgust to receive another bill for May. This is extremely unacceptable. Being charged for almost 2 months after I closed my account and everything for items I did not even get anything for.</p> <p> </p>
