Can Nelly Please Call Me!!!

The network specialist Themba Mbatha did come to my home yesterday evening 21st December 2015. He did agree with me that the signal is bad & intermittent. He provided me with his email address so that I may email him screen shots I took out showing how bad the signal has been. I even sent him a screen shot from this morning at 7am when I had no signal at home. I had another network guy call me this morning Kgosi Mokhine & he also verified over the phone that the signal here at my work is also horrible. <br> When I spoke to Nelly over a week ago, she said that if the network specialists say the signal is bad then I can hand in this phone & my contract will be cancelled. I need Nelly to call me as it has been proven that the signal is horrible. I just want this issue to finally be put to rest. <br> Could you please ask Nelly to call me!!!
