Can I turn this to a law suit?

Case Numbers with cell c : *** ; ***

I settled my cell c account on the 25th May 2021 and sent proof of payment to cell c customer service, k.moloi, lufuno and other agents requesting a settlement letter and never received it.

04 /02 / 2022 Cell c finally recognized I used a wrong reference number to settle my account this confirmed by Ahutu from credit enquiries and sent my account for the funds to be allocated. It is now more than 72 hours, I have honestly ran out of patience I have not received any paid up letter. My account is closed so no one on the help desk department can assist me, may this account be closed and my name cleared. If there's any other steps I may take against cell c please inform I have also sent this to my clientele legal council.
