Can I just have my phone back

I have rejected a quote of R4600 that was given to fix my phone,which I am told just switched off because of the crack on the screen and that was on 26 July 2021 and immediately requested that my device be returned to the store where I had submitted the said device and nothing has happened.

I would literally call every second day and send a message on their Facebook page and still I am asked the same thing "when did you reject the quote?" Followed by the same response "we will let you know once your matter has been resolved".

I phoned repairs again on Monday 2 August 2021 and again the question of when I rejected claim and only then did I get a SMS confirmation that I had rejected the claim and was told that my device is question for dispatch, today I decided to call again and I was told that the device has not been dispatched yet, this has been very stressful,being told that the fixing is over 50% of the cost of the device to having to wait for the device to be returned,it is really a drag.

Then I keep getting messages that I will be sent feedback of my ressolved matter (over 6 sms's that says the same thing but no feedback whatever the feedback was,I had told them that the only thing I wanted now was my device back and will have my insurance sort it out,but even that is asking for too much
