Can I get service if there's one

I upgraded my contract with Cell c last December and all i received was poor service. I upgraded to Note 5 and the device was suppose to come with the gear of which its the main reason why i chose the phone. I tried to contact them and was taken from pillar to post without getting any help. I had to call them with my own airtime since the cell c contract sim was never activated. Early January i received another Note 5 but because i care enough i sent it back to cell c cause i realized it was gonna be someone's problem.<br> <br> Im sick and tired of calling Cell C as they are full of lies i just want them to take their phone and i will get myself a phone with another service provider that will take me serious as the consumer. Amukelani told me that the gears were out of stock and they wont get them again so basically this is breach of contract from Cell C cause they sold me a lie
