Can I get my name cleared as I paid the full amount.

I am really not happy with Cell C, I had a contract with Cell C and I was handed over to MBD and I paid all my debt but still my name is not cleared. They said they still waiting for communication from MBD it's been weeks now and I forwarded them the paid up letter that I got from MBD.😠😠
