Can I get a paid up letter

Yes I dd I also told them I lost the sim card n I dnt want to renew it due to the bad service I receive I told them in since last year December that I want to cancel they told me to send an email March in the 10th I dd I kept sending emails about the paid up letter since nothing til I got a call from attorney's I was surprised cs I was told it wil be paid once I paid the last installment I even sent the screenshots to collections and customer service since i can't attach them here the whole day today I have been sending emails then il b told they wil cal me but they never do they just send an email and smses that they tried to call me but I don't have any missed called am so ****ed that am taken for a ride n cell c is playing games with me
