Can Cell C stop exploiting us, we work hard for our money.

Cell C is a ****, they're debited my account twice last month, now this month they come with ridiculous amounts that they can't even give me a break down of it, when I ask for my contracts they are sending me monthly bills instead of my initial contract, I call the customer care, they pretend to be helping me, put me on hold and hang up my phone.
