Can cell c stop calling me daily about upgrading ?

After repeatedly asking not to be called daily (DAILY !!) to ask if I want to upgrade (I do NOT!!), I still get calls from Cell C, asking me if I want to upgrade PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME !!!
