Calls Barred - no particular reason Cell C

I don't know where to begin. I tried to make a call today and was told I had run out of data (I've had a contract with Cell since 2008). I called Cell C Customer Service (haha). The representative told me my calls were barred???? When I asked why, she said "No particular reason" just put these codes into your device and all will be well" Guess what I still can't make calls. I'm so angry I don't trust myself to call back...I have an important call to make today regarding my pension. Please South Africa get a grip on customer service
