Callcentre not answering calls

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Randomly my Cell C phone does not want to make phone calls. After diling it plays a message that "your call cannot be connected at this time - good buy" ***?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then trying to call their call centre 084140, no one answers because of high call volumes? I waited and listened to bad music for 45 min? ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>Did these people even hear of customer service?</p>
