Call records leaked

I just wanna share the terrible experience i had with CELL C, on the 13th April one of their staff at Cell C Woodland managed to leak my call records to a 3rd party and after finding out i logged a complaint to the team leader at the call centre who called back a few days later advising that they couldn't track the staff member that leaked the information and advices that he was escalating the matter further and till date i haven't received any feedback, i then logged a another complaint on their Facebook page and was contacted by one of their staff who adviced that i must resend him the call records which i did on the 14/04/18 and till date i haven't received feedback. I thought a big company like CELL C have trained / educated their staff about the POPI act but i don't think they did because clearly our information is not protected.
