CALL LINES CROSSED
I am paying for calls that never reach the intended person on the first attempt!!! Majority of the time it takes 3 calls, the first two either reach a random person or the seconds tick by in silence! I am fed up with being ********** on my account and having to struggle to get hold of the intended person!!! PATHETIC
