Call centre unable to assist with query

Phoned the call centre..could not help. Apparently i didnt pass the security questions. How do i access details if the ones given is the only i know. Just to make a payment!!!!...very painfull experience i shoudnt have renewed my contract with cellc. Wouldnt recommend
