Call Centre System Below Standard
6,5 minutes, two rounds of security checks, just to ask, am I allegeable for upgrade - yes, but we have to put you through to the upgrade department, sorry our system is broken, please try again later. Been with them for years, no improvement, even the branches hate calling their own company, lol. I understand cheap contracts come with cheap service ,systems and management, but wow.

25 Oct 2024, 14:34Thanks, I will go into the branch, just wanted to know what phone I can get on my upgrade. Agent tried calling me again, but to hard to hear, something is wrong with the sound, not the loudness, sound quality. My complaint is the cell c call centre system, which has always been terrible and most unpleasant to call. This is not directed at the call centre staff, they are generally good, I just feel for them as the time it takes to get through and verified, sound quality, effort, no client would be in a good mood. Always so hard to hear the call centre staff. Been a client for prob 10+ years, issue is always the same, just the first time I have made the effort to say something. Appreciate the effort to respond, though I do not agree with the claim, that my issue is an anomaly.
