Call Centre staff cannot hear me over their loud music...

I called your call centre to find out how to get my phone fixed.

First time I was cut off.

The second time I called, the lady could not hear me over the 50 Cent pumping over the speakers in the background.

When I asked what the hell all the background noise was, she said it was for the whole call centre.

Wow guys, for a call centre? How are the staff there supposed to do their jobs with a house party going on in the background??

Needless to say, I gave up and said I would find a walk in repair centre to go to instead.

Great way to keep your customers happy Cell C - I'm looking at moving to Vodacom now.
