Call centre rude and unhelpful.

I found the attitude of the person who assisted me on the phone was very rude. The way she answered the phone was sour. Listening skills were poor; as all she wanted to do was talk over me. Honestly, the hassle of trying to explain that there was a problem and being told I was wrong has made me want to change providers. The saving is just not worth it.
