Call Centre refuse to help
Need to do a Sim swap. They keep saying I'm giving the wrong info and failing my security test. Refuse to help. Keep saying a supervisor will phone. Rude and point blank refuse to help.

Unfortunately, the security check is a mandatory part of the sim swap process. You would have to pass it in order for the sim swap to be completed.
