Call Centre people are freakin RUDE!!
<p>Last night, 11 May 2017 at 18:24 I received a phone call from a guy at the call centre wanting to sell me an emergency button or something... I was decent enough to listen to him throughout the entire call but as soos as I said I am not interested and I do not appreciate him calling me after hours, he hung up - I did not even finish speaking to him. I don't understand how you want to make target with an attitude like this. This is not the first time that I had such accurance with Cell C. I am not happy about this type of service. You can be polite still and not be disrespectfull and rude!!</p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct himself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected. This is not the norm or standard service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
