Call Centre not returing my call

Good day, <br> I was phoned by a Bongani on Monday indicating that I can upgrade my two accounts with Cell C *** and ***. He explained the different packages that I could take, and I asked him to mail me, so that I could discuss it with my husband. On Wednesday I still have not received any mail, and emailed them through the internet. I was then contacted by a TC, who wanted to explain everything again, and I just asked her to email me the options. By Thursday I still have not received a mail. I urgently need to hear from Cell C - if not, I will have no other option than to cancel these contracts and take out new ones with Vodacom.
