Call Centre Nightmare!!
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been on hold all morning tryign to speak to someone from the insurance department. After 10mins of being on hold the call cuts! This is wasting my minutes and time. I eventually get hold of someone and he takes my Id number and details and I am put on hold and the call cuts once again. I have called over 8 times today and been on hold each time until the call cuts.</p> <p>This is ridiculous as I need to speak to someone regarding my claim and need to get a phone asap but this is taking too long! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please could soemone contact me urgently.</p>
